To get up the mountain:
One can use a rolling gantry that would be pulled along by a tractor and winch
set-up for correct weight capacity. The sculpture could be positioned and then
lowered to the base. Roll the gantry away. All the equipment could be rented.
For base:
Cubic yardage or meters of cement is how base material quantity is measured.
lcubic ft is roughly 100 lbs.
Concrete load bearing is 2500-5000 lbs per square inch.
