Thought we would complete the purchase of stocks from the kids by Leon for a note and then have him contribute the stocks into the foundation, sell some or all, and fund the first $2mi1 of the pledge which, I understand, should be paid asap. Also, not on the original schedule, Debra owns 2 stocks with a value of $800k. I assume it is ok to contribute these directly into the foundation. Secondly, just had a conversation with Barry Cohen. He is, indeed, looking for some analysis of the track record and support for rationale of why the Trustees will turn over discretion of the trust-owned art to the Partnership. Thanks, E.
