The building was a =otal gut renovation in 1999 from a electrical supply warehouse to a so cal=ed town house, The house has a very industrial feel with very small inte=ior spaces all the finishes are inferior quality work staying with the ind=strial look and also the bathrooms, kitchens & appliances&=bsp; and exterior windows are dated. The owners floor lay out is very fu=ctional but the interior needs a lot of decorative work , has not been p=inted for many years. It is a unique property in that area which many new =uxury residential buildings have taken over. The structure is industrial s=urdy with steel support beams & columns . I will format all the pict=res i took of the property showing my findings in a report =as soon as possible. After the inspection of this property i feel =he owner is trying to make killing on the re sale of this property.
