Why do so many people of means/possibility sleep their w=y through life instead of taking huge chances and transforming the world? =erhaps we need a return of the "great man" narrative. I'll have a quick call to Eric Lander next week- any tips on areas =here he might be persoanlly interested? I have heard from Martin that most=of his time is taken by administration. I noticed the Carlos Slim is also =upporting him, which suggests possibility to do bold things.
