If he doesn't hear from us soon, he =ays he will be forced to borrow another S1M from Kosoy ((to be added to th= existing second) to establish an interest reserve through June and then l=ok for other ways to survive until 1220 sells. He says Kosoy and TD have a=reed to that. I think the risk of loss from making the loan is slight and the upside is s=bstantial. We can vary the terms from what I earlier sent or make him an offer.
