Cc: Rich Kahn Subject: Re: Jeffrey, When will you complete Mx on GIV then? -Westfield has cleared their calendar for our input, somet=me early next week, Gulfstream informs HoneyWell and Gulfstream Engi=eering have spent $8k to $10k for prewire harness for Synt Vision upgrade a=d Honeywell has restocking charges for Radar upgrade and FMS 6.1 software u=grades, Rusty is fighting to have these charges dropped, Rusty Cramm=r our Gulfstream sales guy wanted me to inform, All GIVSP have 6.1 FMS software, large portion have upgraded t= 880 radar all ready, Rusty thinks it brings resale value compared to the G=V compared to non upgraded aircraft, certainly not dollar for dollar,. just=his opinion, could be some validity, but I don't fully agree, I will=ask Gulfstream, I know Palm beach has been booked with Latin American Gulfs=reams„ WestField has better mechanics, and has a better chance to complet= on schedule, Palm beach will always be late on completion, Palm Beac= has very few good dedicated mechanics, many disgruntle employee's in Palm B=ach.
