Furniture - I think it could all possibly be replaced?? The sofas fit well but are a little old. Rug also quite old. Coffee, side tables and dining table are not very nice. Bedroom furniture does not feel comfortable. Kitchen - Needs renovation in my opinion. Bathroom - Vanity closet could be replaced. The rest is acceptable.
