As you know i= preparation for the new pontoons, we noticed there are some addition=fiberglass repairs needed before we glue on the pontoons . These mino= repairs were not in the original estimate. We also noticed the cleats=for the decks and fair leads are missing the proper backing plates and the h=rdware should be replaced while we have the access to do so with the pontoo=s off. Please let me know how you would like me to proceed these extr= repairs. EFTA_R1_00158892 EFTA01808718 There is also a hose sitting loose on the starboard mid ship=side of the boat that has no function in the boat. We will eliminate a= discussed. It is also understood we are waiting for you to get back t= us what the final plan for the removal steps for entering and exiting the b=at. We are still waiting on the final decision with the repower of the=boat. I just confirmed with the sales manager. We do have the e=gines in stock but there is a fair amount of parts that would need to be sp=cial ordered to have available for the install. Can you please let me=know how you would like us to proceed? I am trying my best to avoid a=y more delays with the completions of this project.
