We will need a Adjacent Ownership Certification (property =wnership within 150' radius of the site from Lt. Governor's office. =ven though it is all one owner we still need the list in order to =ubmit. We are working on getting that. 4. For the =rawings we are just finishing up the site plan for the =ubmission. Once we complete these the =pplication can be submitted to CZM. For the Guest Cottage =uilding: 1. We are =aiting for an Income Tax Clearance letter. Atty. Kellerhals is working =n getting this. Once we get this the application can be submitted to =2M.
