Fyi an apt is in contract a 3 bedroom much smaller but for 2000 afoot...I can sell this once its done for 6.5 even if they have to take me out in a box...I don't want to loose this for 50k I have now seen 30 apts and none of which I would live in They are all sameish price but 2700 feet maximum....
