Everyone is ticketed and all things are confirmed for what promises to be an incredibly fun and stimulating time. As you are probably aware, the group is quite diverse in background/expertise, but this one of the factors that will make it interesting. Everyone attending is also fun. We are arranging for two days of closed group stimulating discussions to see what comes out by putting together such a diverse and intimate group. We would like everyone to put together a 15 - 20 minute presentation for the group in your own area of expertise, which can then be open for discussion for another 30 minutes. Please pick a question or problem to discuss that may profit from some "out of the box" thinking. Please send me a time that I may be able to speak with you over the weekend, and so that we can get your topic and needs squared away. In addition to all these interesting talks/discussions, I would like each of you to think of something really fun in terms of an activity that you can contribute to the group. It can also be something that you bring or give out. Jeffrey has also some fun activities planned. And, no slackers! You are getting a great trip to the Virgin Islands! So, I expect that everyone bring and do something special for the group and to thank Jeffrey for so generously hosting all of us. Please write back to me with a time, as well as telephone contact information, so that we may talk this weekend.
