During this time period he primarily worked as EPSTEIN's telecommunications technician and helped to install internet and phone systems on the island. During this time period SCULLY estimated that he visited/ worked on the island approximately 100 times. He described EPSTEIN as "a pretty bad guy" and "an intense man".
