The Bank does not care about the stock and will delete paragraph 2 of the settlement agreement but want to add that you will not oppose the short sale and will cooperate in signing necessary documents. 2. They do not care about preserving your claim against Hardman and we can incorporate those changes into the settlement agreement. 3. The bank follows the law and only issues 1099's to the primary debtor but will not put that into an agreement. We are going to make the necessary changes if you agree and get the settlement agreement ready for his final review.
