To: Jeffrey E " il.com]; Gary Kerney Cc: Tom Sze From: Warwick Wicksman Sent: Wed 4/13/2011 3:09:55 PM Subject: RE: Jeffrey, I am not sure I understand all of your comments below or in the previous email. Here is what I would like to review tomorrow on the cal (along with any new comments you have): Flagpole Pool: Is the pool built? We were not told that — just that the hole was partially dug to see where the pool would be. Raising the pool was one of your original ideas — to be able to sit on the edge of the deck and look out towards the sea. It is not something we are pushing for - just wanted to find out of it was still a consideration. We can cut down the existing walls to whatever elevation you think is right. We did not touch them in the model — just worked on the new walls and revised steps. Sounds like all we really have left to do is: o Landscaping (We would need consultant to get specific with this, and have them work with us on the Island. I do not think it would be productive to design this from here.) o Deck paving design. o Final shade structure design. Main Residence: We need confirmation that the living room location is "approved". We provided elevations as requested, to show the roof spring lines align. We added the portal by the pool, based on Gary's info. (As directed, it does not seem to align with a specific view/vista point?) We need your comments on the east terrace concepts. You previously told us the north terraces were ok for concept. Need your comments about the revised area connecting to the library. EFTA_R1_00274416 EFTA01869591 We seem to be stuck between two conflicting issues for the area between the road and the main residence: walls versus berm/landscaping. We probably need to go with one or the other, but neither seems to be preferred Next steps for main residence/living room. Gary, we really need you on either on-line or on the phone for this.
