Meanwhile, I have been in in discussions to ramp up my neurosurgery time which will probaby be a mistake. Since taking on something like a chief of service role has a lot of cache and sounds relaly neat but ends up to be a lot of administration and not a lot more OR time. But it is a credible job and something I know how to do. I think I have forgotten how to dream. Honestly, I just am tired of being beat up. Bill was supposed to meet with me later this month but had to change to may be August given his schedule and upcoming family vacation so there is not much EFTA_R1_00296139 EFTA01882492 from him. I know Boris is trying to schedule a meeting but not sure it would help anything or what i could possibly ask for or discuss. Havent heard about the Gabon stuff but it sounds fun! .
