Some equipment may be rented when needed.
With that said reducing a few fewer pieces would not reduce the size/price of the
building that much. To do that we would need to get rid of more equipment. If
we keep everything the building would be good to keep it in and out of sight. You
just have to be OK with the $250,000 price tag. Alternatively we would have to
reduce the number of pieces of equipment further, park some in engineering
(current building by dock) , park some in current shed and some outside.
