He was very frustrated and voiced many of his concerns to me (see below). I suggested that he cool down and it would be best to communicate everything directly with you on your next visit rather than just leaving LSJ today in a rage. By the end of the call he seemed to have cooled down and he said he needed to speak with Karen. I asked that he let me know his plan as soon as he came to a decision. Brice concerns / talking points when we spoke: I) tone of jee email with requests was not fair 2) tired of nitpicking and accusations 3) brice and karen are not fairly treated 4) we cannot fulfill jee expectations and jee has taken situation to what it is 5) jee does not realize how much it takes to look after him 6) they never signed onto current staffing levels which was dictated by jee 7) last trip brice did jee boat runs as carlos was on vacation (planned 3 months in advance) and he will not just allow anyone to drive you in boat 8) the loss of francis was a major setback 9) JEE needs to be more fair with IG employees as there time off is random and Brice and Karen never have time off 10) Brice has been to 3-4 other resorts and they do not have terms that IG employees have II) Doing a manual makes no sense as we are not a hotel - afraid it will become public as phonebook did 12) The work never slows down and always changes from original scope Please advise Richard Kahn HBRK Associates Inc. 575 Lexington Avenue, 4th Floor, New York, New York 10022 EFTA_R1_00340447 EFTA01906879
