Looks like it might not be meant to be, alas.. Hopefully in 3-4 years I can save enough money to buy another house outright, and we may have to figure out what to do until then.. but am still working on both banks to try and make something happen.. anyway, maybe jpm will come through tomorrow and we can salvage this.. we will see..
