We've been working with your lawyer and he says that you need control of the fund/partnership. I'd like to be able to assert to the company that I am the GP and have control. It's an early stage company and we're basically piggy backing on Greylock/Reid for the exit so there really aren't that many choices. I'll consult with you about any financial decision. I just think it will look weird/bad if I don't have control of the fund. What do you think? Also, and Kevin met and she insists that she's running the show on doing a deception event for you. As we discussed, I think she'd be great to help but probably not to run and be the head of the whole thing. She seems to be telling Kevin that she has a special relationship with you and she knows what you want. How should I/we deal with this. Can you talk to her or is there some way to signal that she shouldn't be running this? ;-) Hope you're good.
