They believe that the problem was that they painted the outboard side of the shades black (which we requested) but they have never done this. Obviously they did not feel that it would be a problem in any way, but they admitted they were wrong. The new shades would be the exact same on the inside and the standard neutral color on the outside. Eric ERIC H.
