To: jeevacation@gmail.com[jeevacation@gmail.com] From: Lvjet Sent: Mon 11/25/2013 7:29:50 PM Subject: Boater customs I spoke to Marine terminal customs in St Thomas,. if traveling from BVI's to STT in a boat, and ALL persons on board the Boat have the St Thomas Local Boaters registration card, and the boat captain files a " FLOAT Plan" with customs, you have 24 hours to report to Customs marine port to clear into US territory. This is for after hours night time boating.
