I just left Jeffreys. After much discussion I think that the documents will not be fully vetted and
ready to sign, until monday night at the earliest. I understand that Larry told Jeffrey that if we
wait until next week it should be Thursday. As a sign of good faith , I am willing to send the
email that you requested tomorrow. and will trust you that the documents will get signed next
week.
I think that Jeffrey did a great job helping us, and what i propose is that we each give him one
million dollars as a fee. I hope you will agree. He expects your call tomorrow and will suggest
you meet if only for a few minutes in ny this weekend.
