The other offers previously received from separate buyers were $5,000 each. This buyer is willing to work on the bulldozer himself to get it to move off of the island. He is aware that it currently is not moving due to electrical problems, and is being sold as is. The new backhoe is due to arrive at Tropical FL in the next day or two, and I will request it to sail ASAP. There are two sails per week, and the season is now at the slow point, so there is a better chance of the backhoe sailing as it arrives. [fit sails on Wednesday, 8/14, on STT 8/17, if it sails on Friday, 8/16, on STT 8/20. Roy is willing to let the backhoc go now, with your permission, so that the sale is not lost.
