Here is the outline I have so far. I am available to discuss — I know this is hard, so please let me know when you want to discuss. As Bill says, although this has been a difficult decision, I am looking forward to beginning this next phase of my career. The past six years have been extremely fulfilling, (something here that you personally note such as working with the talented people and teams and the impact you've all had at the foundation and ultimately the world's poorest). Throughout my career I've been fortunate to work with many early stage companies doing groundbreaking work in life sciences and biotechnology — looking forward, this will become my primary focus as I begin exploring new opportunities. This has always been a passion of mine and I feel now is the time to follow this aspiration. I also plan on relocating back to the East Coast, specifically to New York City so that I can be close to Sam once again. As noted, I am committed to working through at least the end of the year on ensuring smooth transitions with the Foundation, IV and other groups. Thank you everyone for an incredible experience.
