That's the problem they face -- the agreement does not forbid that and at the same time even if a reporter acknowledged talking to me none would ever say what was talked about. That's why they are "concerned" but know it is not against the agreement. They are really reaching out far because they are asking reporters who the don't even have strong relationships with.
