He said that he will need to talk in person with Michael and Melinda and that he did not have time to do so as immediatetely after LA he left for Berkshire Hat. mtg and from there here. I think that this stlightly improves chances but I would still call it 50:50. What do you think? Is there nay way that you can delay it for a week? Try to negotiate another round preice down based on recent findings?
