I also told them about your problem with no sound from the old blue ray player, with further investigation they found a problem with the Integra Receiver . Jeff removed the unit to bring back to their shop to find out what is causing the problem ,cutting edge could not get the receiver to function. They are currently having Integra's technical people checking the unit out, Jeff will call tomorrow to up date us on their progress. I also had Cutting Edge remove the Krell power amp that feeds the yoga room speakers which also has a blown channel that is going back to Krell for repair. EFTA_R1_00483632 EFTA01990878
