Let me tell you 2 major items to think about: 1. Will you have resort that only people come if you approve them so in theory they call you for reservation and you control all guests or open up to public and reservations? 2. Doesn't look like real food component to it which I think is necessary. I think if any type of serious hotel need great F&B component. I will call you tomorrow morning.
