Cheryl with Amex called..they can't reinstate the ticket for Johana_they have to
issue a whole new ticket...I instructed Cheryl to do so! The new ticket price is
$517.60_she will be on the same Delta flight #418 departing JFK at 5:50pm_once I
receive the new ticket I will forward to you...
