I spoke to Sol Krawczyk at Advanced Imaging Systems...he said we have a maintenance contract with them only...we pay for copies each month and that is it. If we don't use the machine, we don't get billed. In the month of June we made 1243 copies at .0142 cents per a copy. He said they could bill us quarterly if we want because it might cost more to generate a $15-20 check each month and he is happy to do that for us. There is no cancellation fee if we want to cancel. Rec'd the below email from Lisa at Advanced. Let me know what you want me to do from here!: Good Morning Our company policy is to automatically renew maintenance agreements annually on the anniversary date of the installation of the machine. Your machine was installed on 02/02/06. We do not charge a cancellation fee, but do ask that we received notification in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date and a status page for the final meter reading on the last day of the contract period.
