Is the kitchen counter available or will the chef be cooking lunch there ? Otherwise, do we have a couple of 8 foot folding tables available? Butler: he will be showing how to correctly set a table for a formal dinner party. Are we doing this in the dining room and does JE have formal China, glass and silverware in Palm Beach. Or should we bring? I recommend splitting staff up in 2 groups, I hour with each instructor. Helen will do 2 flower arrangements, one with each group.
