Victim alleges sexual trafficking by “powerful people” and urges criminal charges in federal case

Victim alleges sexual trafficking by “powerful people” and urges criminal charges in federal case The passage contains a sworn statement from a self‑identified victim who claims she was trafficked for sex by unnamed “powerful people” and that her attorneys are seeking criminal charges. While it flags potential high‑level misconduct, it lacks specific names, dates, or concrete evidence, limiting immediate investigative utility. However, the claim is made under penalty of perjury and is part of a filed court document, giving it some credibility and a clear lead for follow‑up (e.g., identify the men Epstein allegedly sent, request discovery, interview the attorneys). Key insights: Victim declares under penalty of perjury that she was trafficked for sex by powerful individuals.; Attorneys Bradley J. Edwards and Paul G. Cassell are representing her pro bono and are pursuing criminal charges.; The statement is part of a filed motion in case 9:08‑cv‑80736‑KAM, entered Jan 21 2015.

Case 9:08-cv-80736-KAM Document 291-1 Entered on FLSD Docket 01/21/2015 Page 15 of 20 present my information in more detail, including more specific descriptions of the sexual activities with the men Epstein sent me to, I could do so. 61. Ehave directed my attorneys, Bradley J. Edwards and Paul G. Cassell, to pursue all reasonable and legitimate means to have criminal charges brought against these powerful people for the crimes they have committed against me and other girls. They are representing me in this case pro bono. 62. Since I filed my motion in this case, my credibility has been attacked. I am telling the truth and will not let these attacks prevent me from exposing the truth of how I was trafficked for sex to many powerful people. These powerful people seem to think that they don’t have to follow the same rules as everyone else. That is wrong. I hope that by coming forward, I can help expose the problem of sex trafficking and prevent the same sort of abuse and degradation that happened to me from happening to other girls. 63. [declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed this (a day of January, 2015. (Location of signature left undisclosed for security reasons) 14

Deposition of Prof. Paul Cassell alleges Alan Dershowitz’s involvement in Jeffrey Epstein sex‑trafficking and possible concealment of evidence

Deposition of Prof. Paul Cassell alleges Alan Dershowitz’s involvement in Jeffrey Epstein sex‑trafficking and possible concealment of evidence The transcript contains multiple specific allegations linking a high‑profile attorney (Alan Dershowitz) to Jeffrey Epstein’s sex‑trafficking network, references to flight logs, a ‘black book’, a non‑prosecution agreement, and possible obstruction of investigations. It names dates, documents, and individuals (e.g., [REDACTED - Survivor], Sarah Kellen, Nadia Marcinkova) that could be pursued for corroboration, document requests, or subpoenas. The claims are unverified but, if true, would be a major scandal involving a prominent legal figure and a billionaire sex‑trafficker, making it a high‑value investigative lead. Key insights: Cassell claims the pleading alleges Dershowitz abused [REDACTED - Survivor] and “other minors” based on an 89‑page Palm Beach Police report listing 23‑24 victims.; He asserts that Epstein repeatedly invoked the Fifth Amendment when questioned about Dershowitz, suggesting a pattern of concealment.; Cassell references flight logs showing Dershowitz traveling with Epstein and a woman named “Tatiana” (potentially a minor) in 1998‑2005.

[REDACTED - Survivor] v. Alan Dershowitz – Allegations of Sex Trafficking, NPA Manipulation, and Defamation

[REDACTED - Survivor] v. Alan Dershowitz – Allegations of Sex Trafficking, NPA Manipulation, and Defamation The complaint provides a dense web of alleged connections between Alan Dershowitz, Jeffrey Epstein, former U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta, and the 2008 non‑prosecution agreement (NPA). It cites specific actions (e.g., alleged drafting of the NPA, defamatory statements, settlement confidentiality) and dates that could be pursued for documentary evidence, witness interviews, and financial‑flow analysis. If substantiated, the lead would expose potential prosecutorial misconduct and high‑level collusion, generating major public outrage. Key insights: Roberts alleges she was trafficked by Epstein from 2000‑2002 and forced to have sex with Dershowitz.; Dershowitz is accused of helping draft and pressure the government into the 2008 NPA that shielded Epstein and co‑conspirators.; Acosta, then U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, approved the NPA; later became Trump’s Secretary of Labor.

Dershowitz’s Unproduced ‘Absolute Proof’ Documents and Media Claims in Epstein‑Related Defamation Litigation

Dershowitz’s Unproduced ‘Absolute Proof’ Documents and Media Claims in Epstein‑Related Defamation Litigation The filing reveals that Alan Dershowitz repeatedly asserted on national TV that he possessed travel, credit‑card and other records proving he never met Jane Doe #3, yet has failed to produce any such documents after multiple discovery requests. The passage ties Dershowitz to Jeffrey Epstein, Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton and other high‑profile figures, and highlights possible obstruction of discovery and false public statements—both actionable legal leads and potentially explosive public controversy if verified. Key insights: Dershowitz claimed on Fox Business (Jan 7 2015) and CNN (Jan 5 2015) to have "all kinds of records" disproving the allegations.; Despite a 45‑day deadline, he produced no documents and responded only with boilerplate objections.; The motion cites the CVRA claim that Jane Doe #3 alleges sexual trafficking by Epstein, Prince Andrew and Dershowitz.
