Jeffrey Epstein sued again for alleged sexual assault of a minor in Palm Beach

Jeffrey Epstein sued again for alleged sexual assault of a minor in Palm Beach The passage provides a concrete new lawsuit filing (federal court, West Palm Beach, Feb 1 2008) alleging that Epstein sexually abused a 16‑year‑old girl, includes details of the alleged incident, payment to the victim, and mentions a second potential victim. It offers specific follow‑up leads (court docket, victim identifiers, attorney Jeffery Herman) and ties a powerful, globally connected figure to alleged criminal conduct, which would generate significant public controversy if substantiated. While the allegations are not novel in the broader media narrative, the document supplies fresh procedural details useful for investigation. Key insights: Federal lawsuit filed in West Palm Beach on Feb 1 2008 alleging Epstein assaulted a 16‑year‑old "Jane Doe No. 2" in 2004‑05; Victim was recruited by another girl and was paid $200 after the encounter; Attorney Jeffery Herman (Miami) also filed a similar suit on Jan 24 for a different alleged victim ("Jane Doe")
