If I understand you correctly, you said in that answer question -- strike that. If I understood you correctly, you said in that answer that there was a universe of 24 girls I believe you said or approximately, that Professor Dershowitz may or may not have abused; is that your position? A. That's correct. It's been impossible to narrow down exactly what happened because of lack of cooperation from, for example, Jeffrey Epstein. Q. If as of December 30th, 2014, based on your information, Professor Dershowitz may or may not have abused other minors, why did you allege that he did? A. Your question, as I understood it, was did I know the name of the particular girl that he may or may not have alleged -- I'm sorry -- did I know the name of the particular girl that he may have abused. And I couldn't get the exact name, but what I had was Mr. Dershowitz receiving massages in a time when, according to the police report, massage was a code word for sexual abuse of underage girls. Q. And so was it your understanding as of ROUGH DRAFT ONLY

While many of the claims have been publicly reported, the filing includes sealed exhibits and specific procedural motions (Rule 21/15) that could provide new evidentiary leads, such as the referenced sealed documents and the alleged list of other powerful individuals (politicians, business executives, foreign leaders). Deposition excerpt hints at Trump’s alleged familiarity with Jeffrey Epstein and potential sexual misconduct inference

Deposition excerpt hints at Trump’s alleged familiarity with Jeffrey Epstein and potential sexual misconduct inference The passage contains a sworn testimony where a lawyer asks whether Trump’s alleged visits to Epstein can be inferred from prior statements and visitation patterns. It references a 2014 New Yorker quote where Trump allegedly said he’d known Epstein for 15 years and described his social life. While the lead is vague and lacks concrete dates, transaction details, or direct evidence, it does connect a former president to Epstein and raises the possibility of sexual misconduct, which is a sensitive and potentially explosive allegation. The lack of hard facts limits immediate investigative action, but the mention of specific publications and dates provides a starting point for fact‑checking and deeper inquiry. Key insights: Witness is asked to infer Trump’s visitation frequency to Epstein based on earlier testimony about Dershowitz.; Reference to a December 30, 2014 New Yorker article quoting Trump saying he’d known Epstein for 15 years and describing his social life.; Questioner probes whether the witness is suspicious of Trump’s sexual misconduct with minors.

While it concludes there is no concrete proof of sexual misconduct, it identifies specific leads – flight logs, attorney Jack Scarola’s threats, alleged settlement negotiations involving Alan Dershowitz and Ken Starr, and pending lawsuits by [REDACTED - Survivor] – that merit further investigative follow‑up. Key insights: Clinton appears on 13 flight logs for Epstein's private 727 between 2002‑2003, often with Epstein aide Sarah Kellen and Clinton aide Doug Band.; Attorney Jack Scarola warned of "extortionate threats, power, wealth or political pressure" when asked for proof linking Clinton.; [REDACTED - Survivor]' lawsuit alleges Epstein forced her sexual exploitation by "adult male peers" including high‑level figures; she claims Clinton was present on Little St. James Island but later recanted sexual claims against him.

Alleged criminal extortion plot discussed during Alan Dershowitz's 2015 Broward County deposition The passage references a claim that Alan Dershowitz disclosed a criminal extortion scheme involving unnamed clients during a deposition, and mentions related defamation lawsuits. While the details are vague and unverified, the involvement of a high‑profile attorney and a federal courtroom provides a concrete lead (date, location, parties) that could be pursued. The claim is moderately controversial and potentially sensitive, but it lacks clear novelty and specific financial details, limiting its score.
