They have responded that the college does not hold records from this period, digitally or otherwise. I have contacted University of Oxford to enquire if the person named Ms. born did attend University of Oxford in the 1990s. They have responded that they have searched their records, no record for the person named Ms. born found. I have not been able to obtain the birth certificate of the person named Ms. born as the place of birth such as town or local authority is required for this enquiry to be conducted.
