Deutsche Bank Appendix Regional Reputational Risk Committee Americas Deutsche Bank AG (CMHOG152) List of Assistant Secretaries May 31, 2017 Roles and Responsibilities: Each Committee must have a Committee Secretary, in particular to provide organisational support and to take minutes. The Committee Secretary may be backed by one or more assistant secretaries providing administrative support ("Assistant Secretary"). The appointment as Assistant Secretary includes access to the Governance IT Tools GO App (read-only) and BoardPad Connect (edit rights). All accountabilities for secretarial tasks remain with the Committee Secretary. For details please see Level 2 Principles for Committee Governance. Appointments: The following individuals are currently appointed as Assistant Secretaries to the Committee: Committee Chairpersons and the Global Governance Function ("GGF") must know at all times the identity of the Assistant Secretaries.
