The client has signed the attached -- Daphne noted that the encashment letter is the same, but just needs the words 'in foreign currency' added. If he brings in the original signed form of the attached, will that suffice? Or do you need additional instructions like what I sent you previously? Because Darren is POA I want to ensure that the amount does not exceed $7500 so that he has authority to pick up. When ordering the currency you will just send us an email with the request (i.e $7500 USD to EUR) and we will get the rate, the EUR equivalent and then provide you with that information. We then confirm the amounts with you before we place the order. Understanding the maximum amount a POA can withdraw is $7500, what is the best phrasing for instructions to receive physical euros? The person picking up is POA and we have an authorization to cash checks in foreign currency which he will bring the original signed form of when we place the order for euros and he picks up.
