OBJECT-PURPOSES AND POWERS ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF GRATITUDE AMERICA, LTD. We, the undersigned, do hereby incorporate ourselves under Chapter 3, Title 13, of the Virgin Islands Code, relating to non-profit corporations, and hereby adopt the following Articles of Incorporation.
