TRUST DEED THIS TRUST DEED is made this 14th day of March Two Thousand and Seventeen BETWEEN (1) Ms IRENE SAVVIDES of Nicosia, Cyprus (hereinafter called "the Trustee") of the one part, and (H) Mr PANAGIOTIS C. LASKARIDIS of Athens, Greece (hereinafter called "the Beneficiary") of the other part. WHEREAS:- (A) The Beneficiary has caused to register in the name of the Trustee the shares specified in the Schedule hereto; (B) The Beneficiary is the ultimate beneficial owner of all the shares specified in the Schedule hereto; (C) The said registration was made to the Trustee as a nominee of the Beneficiary and it was agreed prior to the date of such registration that the Trustee should execute such declaration of trust as is hereinafter contained. NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETII as follows:- 1. The Trustee hereby declares that she holds the shares specified in the Schedule hereto and all dividends and interest accrued prior to, or to accrue upon, the same on trust for the Beneficiary and his successors in title and irrevocably agrees to promptly transfer, pay and deal with the said shares and the dividends and interest payable in respect of the same to the extent and in such manner as the Beneficiary shall from time to time direct. 2. The Trustee shall promptly notify the Beneficiary or his successors in title, personal representatives or assigns of any notice, letter or other document or communication received by the Trustee in his capacity as the registered proprietor of the shares. 3. The Trustee will at the request of the Beneficiary or his successors in title, his personal representatives or assigns, attend all meetings of shareholders or otherwise which the Trustee shall be entitled to attend or vote by way of a shareholder's written resolution by virtue of being the registered proprietor of the said shares and will vote at every such meeting or resolve in writing in any shareholders' written resolutions to the extent and in such manner as the Beneficiary or his successors in title, his personal representatives or assigns shall have previously directed in writing and in default of and subject to any such direction at the discretion of the Trustee and further will if so required by the Beneficiary or his successors in title execute all proxies or other documents which shall be necessary or proper to enable the Beneficiary, his personal representatives or assigns or their nominees to vote at any such meeting or resolve in writing (as the case may be) in the place of the Trustee. 4.
