Section 6.15. Fiduciary for Holders Only; Agent for Other Secured Parties. With respect to the security interests created hereunder, the pledge of any item of Collateral to the Trustee is to the Trustee as fiduciary for the Holders and agent for any other Secured Party. The Trustee shall have no fiduciary duties to any Secured Parties (other than the Holders); provided that the foregoing shall not limit any of the express obligations of the Trustee under this Indenture.
