The Payment Date Report shall contain the following information: (i) (A) the Aggregate Principal Amount of the Notes of each Class, including as a percentage of the original Aggregate Principal Amount of the Notes of such Class on the first day of the immediately preceding Periodic Interest Accrual Period and (B) the amount of principal payments to be made on the Notes of each Class on the related Payment Date; (ii) the Interest Amounts, if any, to be paid on the related Payment Date in the aggregate and separately for each Class of Senior Notes; (iii) the Administrative Expenses payable on the next Payment Date on an itemized basis; (iv) for each subaccount of the Collection Account: (A) the amount on deposit in such subaccount at the end of the related Periodic Interest Accrual Period; (B) the amounts payable from such subaccount pursuant to the Priority of Payments on the next Payment Date; and (C) the amount remaining in such subaccount immediately after all payments and deposits to be made on such Payment Date; (v) the information required under Section 10.6(a) for such Determination Date; (vi) the Note Interest Rate for each Class of Notes, in each case for the Periodic Interest Accrual Period preceding the next Payment Date; and (vii) the amounts expected to be distributed from the Payment Account on the related Payment Date to the Holders of the Income Notes. Each Payment Date Report shall constitute instructions to the Trustee to withdraw on the related Payment Date from the Payment Account and pay or transfer amounts set forth in such report in the manner specified therein. The Payment Date Report shall state that it is for informational purposes only; that certain information included in the report is estimated, approximated or projected; and that the report is provided without any representations or warranties as to accuracy or completeness and none of the Issuer, the Co-Issuer, the Collateral Administrator, the Trustee or the Collateral Manager shall have any liability for or arising out of the use of such estimates, approximations or projections. 149 CONFIDENTIAL - PURSUANT TO FED.
