7 October 2015 Corporate Credit,Energy Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. loans to Petrobras are already close to the cap of 25% of regulatory capital imposed by Brazil's central bank. Perhaps the government could relax this rule in the case of Petrobras, as this would be one of the easiest ways of providing support to the company (without directly compromising the central government's balance sheet).
