Amendment No. 3 to Form S-1 j'ahk of Contents Furthermore, in connection with this offering, Albertsons Companies, Inc. will enter into the Stockholders' Agreement with Albertsons Investor, Kimco and Management Holdco. Pursuant to the Stockholders' Agreement, we will be required to appoint to our Board of Directors individuals designated by Albertsons Investor upon the closing of the IPO-Related Transactions.
