ELEVENTH This agreement and the trusts hereby created shall be irrevocable and may not be altered, amended, revoked, or terminated by the Grantor in whole or in part. TWELFTH This agreement and the trusts hereby created shall be construed and governed by the laws of the United States Virgin Islands, applicable to agreements made, delivered and performed therein. THIRTEENTH This trust may be referred to as the "The 2007 JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN INSURANCE TRUST #3" and this designation may be changed at any time by the acting trustees.
