You submitted this wire on Friday and the Reg E team inadvertently didn't release the wire. I'm going to approve the wire right now, but just wanted to get you confirmation that you will pass on the revised disclosure to the client and inform them that the exchange rate and availability date of the funds may have changed. Apologize for the oversight and inconvenience this may cause. We'll make sure going forward this doesn't happen again. We've haven't had too many of these cases where we missed one, but unfortunately this is a case where we did. I want to make sure the wire gets out today so if you can please confirm back I'm ok to approve I will do so. Happy to discuss in more detail as I know this is not an ideal situation.
