Tuesday, September 08, 2015 1:04 PM: Works w/ DB Drew Goldman Head ofRE Group 54 Madison Partners 54 Madison Partners ("54MP") is a private real estate equity investment firm capitalized initially with a substantial investment from Leucadia National Corporation, its founders and other key investors. 54MP will maintain the team's current investment strategy on providing equity capital in hospitality, timeshare, resort, residential, food & beverage and specialty retail real estate projects in key global markets. 54MP also expects to continue to partner with local andnational developers in core global markets to acquire and develop world-class assets where the team's experience and relationships provide a comparative advantage. 54MP focuses specifically on ground-up or adaptive re-use real estate development of ammenitized residential product, which generally will include elements of hospitality, food & beverage and/or specialty retail. Residential development may be in the form of condominium,luxury multi- family or villa inventory, depending upon market and location-specific dynamics. We also focus on the development of discrete timeshare resort projects in key leisure markets with major hospitality partners around the world. Over the last two and a half years, the team has invested in excess of several hundred million dollars in property developments in New York City; Beverly Hills; Vail, CO; Marco Island, FL; and St. Thomas, USVI. The team is led by Henry Silverman, a well known investor, financier and operator with over 45 years of experience. Henry was most recently Co- founder and CEO of Cain Hoy Enterprises, LLC (a private investment company formed while at Guggenheim Partners) where he served as Vice-Chairman of the Guggenheim parent firm as well as Head of Real Estate at Guggenheim Partners Investment Management.
