February 08. 2018 10:41 AM To: Cc: Felipe Godard Subject: REMINDER: Frieze New York 2018 Nomination process Please be aware that Deutsche Bank Wealth Management is again the global lead partner of Frieze New York and we will have the opportunity to host clients and prospects in our onsite Lounge throughout the length of the Fair. At this time, we are beginning the nomination process for tickets. Please complete the attached and return to Sarah Rafferty. Preliminary details are below. Please note the following: VIP Celebration dinner is Tuesday, May 1. Preview day is Wednesday, May 2. Private view day is Thursday, May 3 (new this year). EFTA01437172 Fair is open to the public from Friday, May 4 through Sunday, May 6. We have the opportunity to leverage our lounge to host groups of clients, prospects and intermediaries. We can reserve an area for your group and offer tours, access to the artist exhibiting in our lounge, etc. To discuss options, please contact Sarah Rafferty. Invitations will be available in the next few weeks. We will begin the nomination process now. If you would like to use your invite list from last year, contact Sarah and she will send for your review. Frieze New York 2018 May 2-6, Randall's Island Park, New York Frieze New York will return to Randall's Island Park, Manhattan from May 2 to 6, 2018. Now in its seventh year, Frieze New York has quickly become one of the most anticipated events on the international art agenda. VIP Preview Day — Wednesday, May 2 (10:00am — 8:00pm) On preview day the fair is open exclusively to guests of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management, Frieze VIPs and members of the press. Preview Day is sought after as the majority of buying takes place at this time. Guests will have access to hospitality in the Deutsche Bank Wealth Management lounge, Deutsche Bank art curators and opportunities to take guided tours. Clients who are invited on Preview Day will receive VIP benefits, which include invitations to Frieze private events in New York City and multiple entry into the fair for its duration. Our VIP lounge opens at 10:00am, 1 hour prior to the fair opening at 11:00am. Ticket Levels VIP Preview Day — Wednesday, May 2: 10am - 7pm (by invitation only) — top tier guests and collectors. Geared towards those who would have historically been invited to 11am on preview day. Geared towards those who would have historically been invited to the 2pm on preview day. Lounge Artist This year's presentation in the Deutsche Bank Wealth Management Lounge at Frieze New York will showcase the works of Valeska Soares, a Brazilian artist who resides in New York. Her works utilize her training in modernist architecture to create environments and objects that explore phenomenology and desire.
