LP Appendix 2 Privacy Notice The General Partner and the Manager, on behalf of the Fund, may collect non-public personal information from the Investors in the course of its business. The confidentiality and privacy of such information is respected by the General Partner and the Manager and a high priority is placed on maintaining the confidentiality and security of such confidential information. This privacy notice explains certain policies and practices that have been put in place to ensure the privacy of such non-public personal information. Confidential information regarding the Investors may be collected by the General Partner or the Manager from the following sources: information provided verbally, electronically or in writing, including information provided on subscription documents and other forms furnished by the Investors; information that is generated in the course of the business of the Fund, such as financial statements; and information that may be received from third parties. Generally, neither the General Partner nor the Manager will provide customer information to outside firms, organisations or individuals except in furtherance of the normal course of business of the Fund, the General Partner or the Manager, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. In the course of business of the Fund, the General Partner or the Manager may provide confidential nonpublic information about the Investors to firms that assist it in its business, such as the administrator and certain agents. The General Partner or the Manager may also provide the names and addresses of the Investors to one or more third party service providers and to their affiliates for the purpose of providing financial information to the Investors in connection with the usual administration of the client relationship. The General Partner or the Manager will require third party service providers to protect the confidentiality of such confidential nonpublic information and to use the information only for the purpose for which the disclosure is made. Such confidential non-public information will be stored on Investment Café. an electronic portal. Investment Café will serve as the principal means of communication with Investors regarding the Fund. and will be the means of distribution of capital call notices and quarterly reports to Investors. among other things. In addition. Investment Café will serve as a database for Deutsche Bank's internal management purposes, including for the purpose of monitoring the Deutsche Bank investment products in which an Investor has invested and the value of such investments. As a result. such information is expected to be shared worldwide within the Deutsche Bank Group. The General Partner and the Manager will share information about the Investors only (i) with those persons who will be providing services to the Fund, (ii) with senior management personnel and (iii) as otherwise required or permitted by law. The General Partner and the Manager maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect each Investor's personal non-public information and, in particular, to ensure that only the appropriate Deutsche Bank personnel are able to access confidential information relating to an Investor. Without limitation to the foregoing, the General Partner and the Manager may from time to time share information about Investors with affiliates of the Manager for the purposes of: (i) supervising and supporting the management of the Investors business relationship; (h) allowing Deutsche Bank management (or its duly authorised designees) to provide general support, customer service and marketing for all of Deutsche Bank's clients globally; and/or (iii) allowing Deutsche Bank Legal and Compliance to analyse regulatory and legal risk that may impact an Investor.
