LP Appendix 7 Board of Directors of the General Partner It is currently proposed that the following individuals will comprise the board of directors of the General Partner Alan Turner is a Cayman attorney originally from the UK who has been in practice in the Cayman Islands for over 25 years. He is the managing partner of Turners and is also the managing director of Turners Management Ltd. a Cayman- based corporate management business which provides registered office services and directors to Cayman registered entities. Alan is a director of multiple Cayman entities and he has over 10 years' experience providing director services to complex Cayman based entities. He attends board meetings of various Cayman entities on a regular basis and frequently acts as chairperson of such meetings. Alan also has many years of restructuring experience. Ian Ross is a Chartered Accountant and has been a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland since 1976. Mr Ross left Scotland in 1977 and spent the next 10 years working in the Middle East as Senior Manager for Deloitte. He specialised in the audit of financial institutions and was a member of the team advising the Ruler of Abu Dhabi on his worldwide investments. Mr Ross accepted the position of Financial Controller of Walkers in the Cayman Islands in 1986 and remained there until 2003. Mr Ross has since 2003 worked with Turners and Tumers Management Ltd. He acts as a director of several Cayman based entities and his extensive auditing and accounting experience has proved very valuable to client entitles Kirsten Le Pape graduated with an Accounting degree from Averett University, Virginia, USA in 1991. In 2007, Kirsten joined Turners Management as Senior Accountant. She oversees the corporate management for clients of Turners Management Ltd. Kirsten's daily duties includes liaising with clients who maintain their registered office in the Cayman Islands, providing corporate secretary and director services, preparing minutes for annual general and statutory meetings and filing returns. Kirsten's experience as an accountant has proved invaluable to clients for whom she provides director services. Lawrence Edwards is founder and managing director of Delta Group Limited (www.dettagroup.ky). a Cayman Islands headquartered investment management and financial services group. Delta Group provides asset management and advisory, corporate finance, and fiduciary services to the alternative investment industry and includes a specialist division focused on the secondary, special opportunity and distressed market sectors. During his career Lawrence has acted in a management or fiduciary capacity for over 200 investment clients and overseen the retum of approximately US$6 billion in capital. Prior to founding Delta Group he had an international advisory career with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 17 years. latterly as co-head of their corporate finance and advisory practice in the Cayman Islands. Lawrence is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a qualified member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Professionals.
