Classification: Public Hi Armen, As we are going through the check referrals from HVP, here is one example where the account was opened on 3/8 and Doc Management did not receive the signature card. A check was presented and was referred for no signature on-file, Doc Mgmt staff did a follow up with the Banker on 3/23 and on 3/30 we received the card today to scan. The Front Office needs to be reminded that it is important that we get the account opening documents timely. Teresa Metallo Vic
